Samantha Julietta Beauty is not responsible for failure to read policies before booking
POLICIES

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Without this fee, your appointment time will not be held. The booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-transferable.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules.
Any changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to show up to your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment and no shows may not be permitted to rebook.
This policy is in place to protect our time and schedule, as last-minute changes or no-shows result in lost appointment opportunities. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

No Call No Show appointments will not be rescheduled and you may not be able to schedule future appointments. Booking Fees will be forfeited.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee/deposit forfeited. If you’d like to rebook, a new booking fee will be required. Booking Fees are non-refundable.

Clients with previous work are accepted on a case by case basis. You must send photos to samanthajuliettabeauty@gmail.com for approval before booking.

Please note that results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Permanent makeup is a process that depends on many factors including skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing. While we will work together to choose the technique that best suits you and provide the highest quality service, each client’s skin heals differently and outcomes may differ.
In some cases, additional sessions (at an additional cost) may be required to achieve your desired look. Our goal is always to give you the best possible results, but it’s important to understand that no specific outcome can be promised.

When you choose SJB as your artist, you are committing to the process required to achieve the best results. Each appointment is carried out with care, time, and attention to detail. Consultations are thorough, and client feedback is welcomed to ensure we are creating the right look for you.
Because services are customized and time is dedicated exclusively to each client, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstances.
